Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver technical projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and track technical projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and clients
- Ensure technical requirements are clearly understood
- Manage changes, priorities, and deadlines effectively
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
- Good technical knowledge (web, software, or IT systems)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in technical or project management roles
- Experience working with development teams
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
