Codistan Private Limited is looking for a Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across content, campaigns, research, and day-to-day execution.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to different areas of marketing and is comfortable learning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with social media content planning and execution
- Support content writing for posts, captions, blogs, presentations, and marketing material
- Use *Canva* to create basic marketing and social media creatives
- Use *AI tools* for content ideas, copywriting, research, and image generation
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate with design, sales, and other internal teams when required
- Assist with maintaining content calendars and marketing documentation
- Support client-related marketing tasks and other initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Familiarity with *Canva* and modern AI tools is preferred
- Creative, organized, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in an *on-site, fast-paced environment*
- Interest or basic understanding of *technology and IT services* will be considered a plus
Internship Structure
The role begins with a 3-month structured learning and performance evaluation period, followed by an opportunity to progress into a 6-month extended internship based on performance. Upon successful completion, overall performance will be reviewed for potential longer-term opportunities within Codistan.
