Codistan Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager who can take ownership of marketing strategy, content, campaigns, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable creating and executing marketing material themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategies and campaigns
- Plan content across social media, digital platforms, websites, and marketing materials
- Write strong marketing copy, social media content, proposals, blogs, and campaign messaging
- Create and manage content using Canva and AI-powered tools
- Use AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, image generation, research, and campaign development
- Develop creative concepts and coordinate marketing campaigns from idea to execution
- Manage brand communication and ensure consistency across different platforms
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research
- Work closely with design, sales, business development, and technical teams
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve marketing activities
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced working environment
Requirements
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, content, and digital marketing
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Canva
- Comfortable using modern AI tools for content creation, image generation, research, and marketing
- Ability to independently create marketing content instead of relying entirely on designers or writers
- Strong planning, creative thinking, and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
- Comfortable working in an on-site and fast-paced environment.
- Experience or understanding of IT, software, technology, or digital services will be considered a strong plus, but is not mandatory
