The Challenge
Creative merchandise agencies deal with high volumes of customisation requests, each with unique specifications, timelines, and client requirements. Without automation, these workflows are prone to manual errors, delays, and inconsistent output quality. Screenbroidery needed a digital platform that could automate the repetitive parts of the production and client communication workflow without losing the personalised service quality that distinguishes the brand. Integrating multiple marketing platforms simultaneously also required careful technical coordination to ensure data flows cleanly between systems without duplication or tracking errors.
Our Solution
Codistan built the Screenbroidery platform on Squarespace Commerce and connected it to a comprehensive marketing and automation stack. HubSpot and ActiveCampaign were integrated to automate client communication sequences, lead nurturing, and order follow-up workflows, reducing manual effort across the sales and account management process. Google Ads with conversion tracking was configured to measure campaign ROI accurately, while LinkedIn Insight Tag enabled B2B audience building for retargeting campaigns. Hotjar provided real-time behavioural data to inform ongoing UX improvements. Cloudflare CDN and HSTS security were applied to ensure platform performance and data protection. The combined setup gave Screenbroidery both operational efficiency and full marketing visibility.
