DAO PropTech is revolutionising real estate investment in Pakistan by making it accessible to a broader population through transparency, trust, and technology. The platform enables fractional and democratised real estate investment, allowing individuals to invest their savings in property with the security of a structured, transparent process. The website needed to communicate financial credibility, explain a complex investment model clearly, and generate qualified investor registrations.
Codistan developed the DAO PropTech platform on WordPress with Divi, hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure, and integrated HubSpot for marketing automation, Microsoft Clarity for session analytics, and a full tracking stack including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Google Tag Manager. Yoast SEO was configured for real estate and investment keyword targeting in the Pakistani market.

The Challenge
Introducing a new investment model in Pakistan requires overcoming significant trust barriers. Potential investors need to understand how the platform works, why their money is safe, and what returns they can expect, all within a website experience that communicates institutional credibility without being inaccessible. The platform also needed a marketing automation backend capable of nurturing investor leads through a longer consideration and decision cycle than typical consumer purchases, requiring careful CRM and email automation setup from day one.
Our Solution
Codistan built the DAO PropTech website with a design language that prioritises clarity and credibility, using Divi to create structured page layouts that guide prospective investors through the investment thesis, platform mechanics, and registration process logically. HubSpot was integrated as the CRM and marketing automation platform, enabling DAO PropTech to nurture leads through email sequences and behavioural triggers. Microsoft Clarity provided session recording and heatmap data for ongoing UX improvement. The full analytics stack tracked investor acquisition from ad click through to registration completion, giving the marketing team the data needed to optimise campaign performance. AWS hosting ensures the platform remains fast and available as investor traffic scales.
