The Challenge
Ad tracking platforms live and die on data speed and accuracy. Marketers making real-time budget decisions cannot afford delays in data retrieval or inaccuracies in attribution reporting. Building a platform that could ingest, process, and surface advertising performance data in real time required careful backend architecture and a search layer capable of returning relevant results instantly across large datasets. The choice of Bubble.io for the front end also required disciplined integration with the Node.js and Firebase backend to ensure data flows remained fast and reliable as the platform scaled.
Our Solution
Codistan architected the Zeekio platform with a clear separation between the front-end Bubble.io application and the Node.js and Firebase backend, allowing each layer to be optimised independently. Algolia was selected as the search engine specifically for its ability to return search results in milliseconds across large advertising datasets, giving marketers the fast query experience they need for real-time campaign monitoring. Firebase provides the real-time database layer, ensuring that campaign data updates are reflected in the dashboard immediately without requiring manual refreshes. Cloudflare was configured for CDN delivery and security, ensuring the platform performs consistently for users across different geographic markets. The combined architecture delivers the speed and reliability that performance marketing workflows demand.
